He was very responsive in meeting with us the next day and gave us ideas and suggestions of what he could do then submitted it to their team for finalizing the design and determining the budget.  The whole process was very friendly and professional as we considered both our ideas.  Once we were assigned our start date, the team came out and got right to work.
